What Ground Scanner is
Ground Scanner is an aggregator and search engine for real-estate listings. We collect publicly available listings from property portals, classifieds and agency websites, unify them into a single format, and show a preview with a link to the original. We are not a real-estate agency, broker or a party to any transaction.
We do not broker transactions
You cannot buy, sell or rent a property through Ground Scanner. Any contact, viewing, reservation or contract is made directly with the advertiser or agency on the original listing. We are not part of that relationship and are not responsible for it.
Data accuracy and availability
Data comes from third parties and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Always verify prices, sizes, availability and photos at the original source. Price statistics are indicative (medians of available listings) and are not an appraisal or investment advice. The service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual property and third-party content
Listing titles, descriptions and photos belong to their original authors and sources; we show only a limited preview and a link to the original. Do not reuse Ground Scanner's brand, design or original content (including statistics and translations) without our permission.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape or bulk-download the site, overload it, bypass its protections, or use it for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to restrict access in case of abuse.
Advertising
The site may display third-party ads (e.g. Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of ads or the sites they link to. See our privacy policy for more.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, from decisions made based on the data shown, or from the content of linked third-party sites.
